To all our loyal customers: We open our doors at 11:45. We have a limited amount of seating and food to serve. If you don’t get a chance to dine with us, please keep trying. This is a learning environment for students. Please allow at least ONE hour to eat. Menu items are subject to change.

Tender beef in a rich broth with vegetables and potatoes.
Fried Scallops – $4.00
Golden fried sea scallops with home made tartar sauce.
Chicken Cordon Bleu – $7.00
Crispy fried chicken breast topped with Swiss cheese, smoked ham, and cheesy Mornay sauce. Served with rice pilaf and pickled beet salad.
Baked Stuffed Haddock
Baked Atlantic haddock on a bed of buttery Ritz crumbs topped with a Sherry cream sauce. Served with rice pilaf and pickled beet salad.

Buttery short dough crust filled with caramel and toasted pecans, drizzled with chocolate.
Lemon Parfait – $3.00
Layers of whipped cream, lemon curd, and toasted pound cake.
