Prosciutto Wrapped Melon- $3.00
Thin sliced prosciutto ham wrapped around juicy cantaloupe melon, drizzled with Fiore summer peach white balsamic vinegar.
Grilled Octopus Salad – $3.00
Marinated grilled octopus tossed with UTC grown greens, fresh lemon juice, Fiore olive oil, and Fiore traditional balsamic vinegar
Braised Beef Short Ribs – $7.00
Tender boneless beef short ribs in a rich sauce of vegetables, beef stock, and red wine. Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Pork Saltimbocca- $7.00
A thin pounded cutlet of pork with prosciutto and sage in a rich brown sauce served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
a crispy pastry on the outside and a light fluffy eclair-like pastry on the inside filled with pastry cream, whipped cream, and dusted with powdered sugar.
Vanilla Panna Cotta – $3.00
A creamy “custard” flavored with vanilla and orange served with whipped cream and a Fiore vanilla balsamic and raspberry sauce.
