To all our loyal customers: We open the doors at 11:45 and have a limited amount of seating and food to serve. If you don’t get a chance to dine with us, please keep trying. This is a learning environment for students. Please allow at least ONE HOUR to eat. Menu items are subject to change.
Scallops and Bacon (4) ($5)
Large sea scallops wrapped in smokehouse bacon and drizzled with mignonette sauce.
Mushroom Tart ($3)
Wild mushrooms and caramelized onions in a flaky pie crust with a rich quiche custard and Swidd cheese topped with lightly dressed baby greens.
Beef Pot Roast ($7)
Tender beef and roasted vegetables in a rich broth served over garlic mashed potatoes.
Pan roasted salmon topped with a focaccia crumb and a lemon dill sauce served with sauteed green beans and corn bread pudding.
Lemon Snowball ($3)
A light and airy frozen lemon souffle rolled in coconut and served with raspberry sauce and a crisp cookie.
Caramel Apple Cheesecake ($3)
Rich and dense New York style cheesecake with a homemade caramel apple topping and toasted chipped pecans.
